Littelfuse SRV05 Diode Arrays
Littelfuse SRV05 Diode Arrays feature a 0.5µA leakage current, a 1pF capacitance rating, and have a moisture sensitivity level of MSL-1. The SRV05 series integrates low capacitance rail-to-rail diodes with an additional zener diode to protect each I/O pin against ESD and high surge events. Littelfuse SRV05 Diode Arrays are ideal for set top boxes, flat panel displays, monitors, notebooks, and portable medical applications.
