Lumileds LUXEON Z UV Line LEDs
Lumileds LUXEON Z UV Line LEDs are efficient devices with high-power density and powered by leading Chip Scale Package technology. These LEDs are offered in micro package sizes compared to other ultraviolet and violet LEDs. The UV U Line includes undomed SMT devices that can be assembled in tight arrays with spacing of only 200 microns. These LEDs offer precise optical control and include a portfolio of 1mm² and 2mm² die sizes, covering ultraviolet and violet light. Lumileds LUXEON Z UV Line LEDs are ideal for a variety of indoor and outdoor lighting applications.
